Tax Reliefs – Information and Clarifications

The Tax Administration informs taxpayers that they may contact the Tax Administration for information and clarification regarding the conditions and procedures for exercising their rights to tax reliefs provided for under the Personal Income Tax Law and the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance Contributions, as well as for assistance with submitting requests and tax returns related thereto.
For all information and assistance, taxpayers may contact the Tax Administration’s Contact Centre by calling 0700 700 007 or +381 11 69 69 069, or visit the “Your Tax Officer” service desks at Tax Administration branches in person.
At the “Your Tax Officer” service desks, taxpayers can obtain information and clarification and also have access to internet kiosks, where tax officers can assist them in completing and electronically submitting tax returns and requests.
In this way, the Tax Administration provides support to taxpayers, enabling them to exercise their rights in a simple and accessible manner.
