Organizational units - separate activities

The Sector for Non-core Activities is responsible for:

• determination, control and collection of transfer taxes and taxes on inheritance and gifts;
• determination and collection of taxes on the use, possession and carrying of goods (weapons, vehicles);
• determination of the market value of real estate;
• supervision over the implementation of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism;
• supervision over the settlement of monetary obligations in commercial transactions between economic entities;
• enforced collection of republican administrative fees;
• forced enforcement of competition protection measures.
