All taxpayers have a new communication channel at their disposal - a virtual taxpayer - chatbot , which is available through the official website of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia.

The Virtual Tax officer is an interactive tool that allows taxpayers to quickly and easily obtain general information in the field of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and the Law on Personal Income Tax. This communication channel is designed to provide taxpayers with support in finding relevant information. The information is for informational purposes only and is not binding nor can it replace legal opinion or advice in specific tax situations.

We invite all taxpayers to take advantage of the new service, which is available 24 hours a day, in order to efficiently access the necessary information.
