Organizational units - Assessment of Tax on the Transfer of Absolute Rights and Inheritance and Gift Tax

The Sector for Assessment of Tax on the Transfer of Absolute Rights and Inheritance and Gift Tax is responsible for:

  • determination and control of transfer taxes and taxes on inheritance and gifts;
  • determination of taxes on the use, possession and carrying of goods (weapons, vehicles);
  • determination of the market value of real estate;
  • supervision over the implementation of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism;
  • supervision over the settlement of monetary obligations in commercial transactions between economic entities;
  • forced enforcement of competition protection measures.
