TAX ADMINISTRATION MODERNIZATION PROJECT - TAMP PROJECT

The Tax Administration Modernization Project is a five-year project financed by a World Bank loan to the Government of Serbia and is designed as an institutional reform project focused on the core functions of the Tax Administration and includes four components: legal environment; organization and operations of the Tax Administration; modernization of the information and communication technology system and records management; and project and change management.

COMPLAINTS AND OBSERVATIONS RELATED TO THE PROJECT

Any individual who feels threatened or harmed by any specific activity of the TAMP project may file a complaint. Needs to be filled.

You can also submit a complaint without providing your details and contact information, i.e. anonymously, by submitting a complaint to the following address: Tax Administration Headquarters, Ministry of Finance, 145 Cara Dušana Str., 11080 Belgrade-Zemun, with the reference to the Mailing Office, Complaint regarding the TAMP project. In that case, the response to the complaint will be published on the Tax Administration website.

Within 3 days, the complainant will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint; an interview with the complainant will take place within 10 days; while formal information on the final decision will be available within 20 days of submitting the complaint. If the complaint or objection cannot be resolved amicably, the complainant may resort to formal judicial proceedings, which are available in accordance with the legal framework of the Republic of Serbia. Any complaint may be submitted to the competent judicial authorities at any time.
