Tax decisions for the natural persons who generate Income from providing catering services (so-called „apartment for a day“)

The Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia has issued decisions determining the tax liability on income from providing catering services for 2025. All taxpayers who generate income from providing catering services (so-called „apartment for a day“) can expect tax decisions in the coming period.

The date of submission of the decision to the post office, for the purpose of delivery to the taxpayers, is April 28, 2025 and is the same for all taxpayers.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 36, paragraph 4 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (''Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia'', No. 80/02 ... 94/24), decisions are considered delivered upon expiry of the period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the mail.
